There are many towns and villages in Ghana with unique names.

The names of these places are palindromes (can be read both forwards and backwards). We bet you’ve never noticed!!
Well in Ghana we have it all, take a look at 8 palindromic places in Ghana

1. Amoma

Amoma can be located in Brong Ahafo region at Wenchi.

2. Esaase

Esaase is in the Ashanti.

3. Mim

Mim is located in the Asunafo North District of Brong Ahafo Region of Ghana. Mim is some 163 kilometers from Kumasi.

4. Olo

Olo is situated in the Upper West region of Ghana

5. Mallam

Mallam is in Accra

6. Ulu

Ulu is also situated in the Upper West region and it is one of the most populated in the country.

7. Ada

Ada is a coastal town in the Greater Accra Region of Ghana. Just off the Accra-Aflao motorway, this town is located along the Volta River. It’s also the capital of the Dangme East District and the seat of the District Assembly.

8. Aka

This place is situated in Akan Bowire, Volta, Ghana.

9. Oseneso

Oseneso is situated in Eastern Region, Ghana close to Adawso.

10. Ada

Ada Foah or Ada is a coastal town in the Greater Accra Region of Ghana. Just off the Accra-Aflao motorway, this town is located along the Volta River.

11. Aworowa

Aworowa can be located in the Brong Ahafo Region, near Techiman
